Paul was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts to blue collar parents. Paul’s father Jurgis Kolesnikovas emmigrated from Lithuania after WWII. His mother, Alice was born to Polish immagrants. He attended St Mary’s parochial school in Worcester. He worked hard on his studies to acheive the American Dream.

Attorney Kolesnikovas graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1981 with a BA in Political Science. He was selected as a member of the Phi Eta Sigma, Phi Eta Phi and Phi Betta Kappa honor societies. Attorney Kolesnikovas graduated law school in 1984 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. He attended the London Law Program as a Concannon Scholar of International Law.

The law Office of Paul Kolesnikovas was founded in 1986 and has grown to meet the needs of its clients. Since 2002 Attorney Kolesnikovas has concentrated the majority of his continued studies in the area of estate planning and elder law. Elder law encompasses a wide variety of law including benefit eligibility, social security disability, estate planning, wills, durable power of attorney, trusts including medicaid qualified trusts, special needs trusts and crisis planning. We assist in cradle to grave planning.

Attorney Kolesnikovas has extensive experience within the Worcester Probate and Family Court, handling a wide range of cases. Attorney Kolesnikovas serves as a GAL on Court appointed panels in guardianship and Estate matters. Attorney Kolesnikovas has served as a Public Administrator for Worcester County since 2002.

Attorney Kolesnikovas has been active in his community serving on many boards and committees, especially in charitable endeavors. He has been the past chairman of the Tri-Community Chamber of Commerce , now named the Chamber of Central Mass South. Attorney Kolesnikovas currently serves on the Charlton Council of Aging as a Board member.

The Charlton Office located at 109-5 Masonic Home Road, the Carpentier-  Food Mart Plaza is convenient with hassle free parking. The Office maintains normal business hours Monday- Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Attorney Kolesnikovas is available for evening or weekend appointments on a needed basis by special appointment.
